New Home Tax Credit Extended and Expanded to Existing Homeowners!
Congress has voted to extend higher loan limits on federally backed mortgages.
In addition, the $6500 Tax Credit Program will likely be extended this week. Included in the Bill is a new $6500 credit for homeowners who are buying a new house. The program will end April 30, 2010. All loans must close within 60 days of April 30. It is availlable to homeowners with incomes of up to $125000. Houses over $800,000 do not qualify. Homeowners must stay in their homes for five years. IRS will provide oversight. Buyers must be 18 years old.

Once you have found the one you want, we will come in and fix it up just like new. Free preliminary evaluation and estimate for the fix-up work if we are chosen to do the work. Inspections and fix-up estimates only will be charged for if we don't do the work but, this will give you a full budget number when you are considering buying the house. Foreclosure homes are in 'as-is' condition so, you need to know what you are getting into before you invest.
