Check out the slide-show at the bottom of this page. This is a cottage we built as an inlaw's Cottage on a property in Leesburg Virginia. 1200 square feet. Styled to match the 150+ year old house and other buildings on the property. The inside is all updated and the exterior is maintenance free.
