Q: Can you build the house/addition that I'm thinking of?

A: If you can dream it, we can find a way to build it. Simply sit down with one of our designers and they will custom design a house to your specifications. If those specifications change, so will the designs.

Q: Do you do both the design and the construction?

A: Yes, we do both the design and the construction parts of the job. However, if you decide that you would like to have other contractors bid on our design you are welcome to, as you are welcome to bring designs of your own for us to build.

Q: Do you do interior/exterior remodeling?

A: Yes, we do custom designs and construction for additions and entire houses as well as the design and construction of interior and exterior remodeling, all to your specifications.

Q: Can I choose my own fixtures, furniture, countertops, cabinets, etc?

A: Yes, we encourage home owners to customize their new space to suit them. Our designers are more than willing to go shopping with you in order to ensure that what is built into the space is exactly what you're looking for. We have a large array of samples in the office that you can choose from or we can find something that matches what you're thinking of.

Q: Can you arrange financing for our project?

A: Yes, we work closely with local, reputable financial institutions that are "home improvements friendly". We are pre-qualified so we can move your financing through in a hurry. We get competitive rates on construction loans, refinancing, consolidation loans, and 1st and 2nd mortgages.

Q: What are your Qualifications?

A: We have been in the home improvement and new home building business since 1972. We are fully liscenced as a Class A Virginia Contractor: Lic. #2705-027750A. We carry county contractor liscense for most of the Northern Virginia area. We also carry workers compensation insurance and liability insurance.

Q: Do you have references?

A: Take a look at our References Page in this website. We also provide a current reference list at our first meeting. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and NFIB.
