About Us
 Chuck Owings ~ President and
owner of Short Hill Design & Construction
Chuck has been active in the
design and construction of homes and remodeling projects since 1972.
He has been a certified owner/operator of “SolidBuilder” 3-D
Computer Aided Drafting program since 1991. He has an extensive
field history in all phases of the construction trades. Having this
field expertise assures that the designs he creates are innovative,
practical and will stand the test of time.
