Short Hill Design & Construction has been designing and building custom homes, modular homes, additions, add-a-level additions, decks, garages, guest homes and all other forms of home building and improvements for over 35 years right here in Loudoun County and Fairfax County, Virginia. We have teamed up with Creative Home Improvements and our building area now covers most all of the Northern Virginia area outside the beltway from Culpepper to Warrenton, Winchester, Front Royal, Leesburg and all the towns in between. If you want it we can design and build it for you!
We use state of the art Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)Building Information Modeling (BIM) design software so you can see your project in 3D before we ever drive the first nail. This allows you to fully visualize your project right from the start. We can even place your furniture in the virtual addition to be sure everything fits just the way you want.
